Project Fresh

Bringing the freshest of foods to the aging in West Michigan

Senior Meals Program, Inc. is excited to be working with the Michigan State Extension program to once again bring Senior Project Fresh to West Michigan. Eligible applicants over the age of 60 who reside in Kent county, can sign up to receive a coupon book equaling $20 that can be used exclusively on fresh fruits and vegetables at their local farmers markets. This service helps to bring fresh, Michigan-grown produce to all throughout the summer season, and supports the Michigan collective of farmers. 

Please note: The 2011 Project Fresh season has ended, and Senior Meals Program is no longer disbursing coupons for this year. If you received coupons, you have until October 31st, 2011 to redeem them.
